Mining products fail on implementation far more often than they fail on engineering. We do not hand over a crate.

Implementation & Support

Anyone can drop equipment at a shaft. We put a qualified instructor underground on your shifts for a full month, working alongside your crew. By the end of it your own people are trained and qualified as operators — no new headcount, and no dependency on us. Installation is a morning's work; implementation is the month that follows, and that is the part that decides whether the equipment is still running in a year.

Week 1Install and commissionOur instructor installs alongside your people rather than for them, marks positions with mine personnel, confirms the area is declared safe, and obtains Engineering sign-off.

Weeks 2 – 3Train and qualifyYour existing workforce is trained and qualified as operators, on your own shift patterns.

Week 4Run to standardThe product runs at your production targets, with the daily inspection built into checklists your supervisors already use.

HandoverSupport and sparesDefects and wear are reported through the same checklist. A defined spares set is supplied with each system.
